        Vision:
             CFE wishes to see Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) included in the community, enjoy their rights and disability is minimized.

        Mission :
             CFE exists to prosper the lives of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) by creating an enabling environment through, prevention,              rehabilitation, advocacy, family empowerment and inclusive programs.
